In the lush hills of Lonavala, Maharashtra, a remarkable story began to unfold in 2001. A 19-year-old entrepreneur, Nikhil Jasuja, armed with little more than determination and a dream, launched what would soon become a cornerstone of India’s dessert ingredient industry – Ruby Enterprises.

What began as a modest operation, producing just 40 kilograms of butterscotch nuts manually each day, has blossomed into a national leader in dessert innovation. Today, Ruby Enterprises operates five state-of-the-art, FSSC 22000 version 6-certified manufacturing facilities, producing an astounding 18 tonnes of butterscotch nuts daily.
